Meandering in Magnuson

Yesterday Truman and I took a break from Chloe (after, of course, taking her for a nice long tiring walk), because Chloe does not sit still for birdwatching or sketching.

First we went on a leisurely stroll through the Magnsuon wetlands:


There we admired some juvenile Pied-billed Grebes:



Then we went over to the P-Patch community garden:

And where I did a little sketch:


It was a most enjoyable and relaxing outing.
